Nour-Eddine Lakhmari's cop drama is a bold, action-filled film noir set against the vibrant backdrop of contemporary Casablanca. A lone cop, mocked as 'Zero' by his colleagues, tries to turn the page on a past tainted by cowardice by delving deep into Casablanca's underworld in search of a missing girl. Warned off the case by his superiors, the trail leads him to a high-end brothel that is under the protection of his police bosses who are corrupted by lust, greed and power.
